The Returned Body of Christ

By becoming incarnate (‘the turn’) and then dying into non-existence (‘the pledge’) God can continue to act even while not existing, unencumbered by the problems that would be inherent in existence, viz: the draw into madness, the imposition of an infinite demand, the demonization of the other and the parallel creation of the super-villain. How can God do this? Plainly by the community of believers becoming ‘the prestige’ instead: being the returned body of Christ who act out God’s existence by feeding the hungry, healing the sick and visiting those in prison.
